Ideal and clean place to stay in, it has amiable staff in the restaurant during braekfaast as well as at the reception desk. 18 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a very interesting area of town👍

During my recent stay at Parliament Hotel, I had a heartwarming experience with the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left my valuables, including my passport and dollars, in the safe deposit vault without locking it. When I returned, everything was untouched and intact, even though the room had been cleaned during my absence. The honesty and integrity of the staff were truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel for its responsible hospitality at an affordable cost.

It's better to inform the guests that one of the beds is actually a sleeping couch. Maybe some people are not comftable with it!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to travel around and visit all the attractions. I could easily walk to the museums and the Parliament House, which was a huge plus. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff were very hospitable. They made me feel so welcome and were always friendly and helpful.
Nothing, all was good.

staff was very helpful
the noise! each night we were kept awake by the noises on the street. people shouting, trash trucks early in the morning. just too loud to warrant a great review but for the most part it did the trick. the location was central though a few streets were in the immediate vicinity of the hotel were troublesome even during the day (someone attempted to mug me in the middle of the day) only steps from the hotel. not the best way to start our trip to south africa.

I was received very well, and thought that it was excellent value for money - I've stayed in four and five star hotels that are inferior to the Parliament Hotel. It deserves a much higher star rating than 3 stars.

The location is very central
To be very honest the cutlery at breakfast wasn't clean, the glasses for the fruit juices was very dirty and had remainders left of previous orange juice

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city center and I must say, it was a great experience. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were well-kept and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I was particularly impressed with the panoramic window in my room, which provided stunning views of Table Mountain - absolutely awesome! The hotel also had all the necessary amenities, including a hot breakfast with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I found this hotel to be great value for money in a convenient location, close to all public transport and within walking distance to many of the city's attractions in the more historical part of town.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was really nothing that I believe could be improved.
